Started in 2007 and finished in 2017 this 220 apartment complex required  mild/stainless balconies and internal stairs, structural steel frame to butterfly roofs.

65,000 sq ft of roofs over five buildings consisted  of a  metal deck roof base on steel purlines supporting high density insulation and trocal membrane.
